The ideal candidate will have the desire to develop desktop interactivity application in a fast paced and Agile environment. Working closely with our art and animation team to convert assets into cross platform products, implementing an engaging experience and integrating with backend systems using industry leading technologies and best practices. Responsibilities and Duties ●Iteratively build games/interactivity and other front-end systems. From turning concept art and mock-ups into a working prototype, right up to the production-ready product ●Development of the games/interactivity using HTML5 and JavaScript using industry leading technologies and standards ●Help develop an efficient asset pipeline for improved productivity ●Debug and test system games across different platforms and feed the results back into the design and development process ●Build and maintain libraries and frameworks to be used by the development team ●Learn and adapt industry best-practices, latest technologies, different frame-works and game engines to improve the quality of release products ●Recommend and implement new ideas and technologies ●Knowledge of Bootstrap , JSON, xml is must. ●HTML5 game engine experience, such as Construct, ImpactJS, easel js , Phaser ●Experience in working at e-learning sector will be a added advantage ●Flash/Flex experience Qualifications ●Proficient in CSS, HTML, and writing cross-browser compatible code. ●Practical working experience with Web and/or mobile user interface design. ●Experience using JavaScript third party library . ●Excellent project management skills. ●Excellent communication skills.

Experience of Game application, backend/admin panel development, backend development is a must. ●Past Experience in development of backend/admin panel using Python frameworks like Django, Flask ●Past experience in Analytical dashboard development for insights. ●Knowledge database concepts is huge plus ●Must be familiar in working with commercially available 'gameservers'. ●Must be familiar with developing game back end functionality. ●Experience in Javascript. ●Experience in unity game engine ●Database experience (MongoDB/any RDBMS) ●You have worked on a RESTful API system ●Responsible for creating structures and algorithms for proper implementation and for creating reusable structures. Experience Required ●Minimum 1-3 years experience. ●Past Experience of Game Application Backend development will be plus factor ●Past experience in game backend/admin panel development is a huge plus. ●Past experience in Analytical dashboard development for insights ●Knowledge database concepts is a huge plus. ●Experience in game production ●Experience in Docker, Kubernetes ●Active Github profile ●Experience in performance profiling

●Creating GDD of new games ●Playing and Researching new games. Ideating for new games. ●Delegating tasks to a team of programmers and graphic artists. ●Working constantly on improving existing games. ●Discuss and implement new features, plan deadlines, new content ●Be involved in the level design of every game ●Study analytics of every game and direct efforts accordingly. ●Check progress of game development throughout all production stages. ●Monitor game for quality from start to end along with project coordination. Qualifications: ●A degree in game design / creative arts / fine arts / creative field ●Must be passionate about Web games ●Passionate in Indian Native Languages(Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada etc.,) /Culture based Designs ●A good eye for detail, sense of art and music would be a plus. ●Must have market knowledge of games ●Experience in a gaming company will be a huge plus. In partnership with others on the team, you will create Interactive Power Bi Dashboards and Reports. Ideal candidate should have experience in Descriptive, Predictive and Prescriptive Analysis
